be careful with budongsan in seoul
you should be sure with their fee before signing contract
some of my friend got robbed by budongsan. they asked before signing the contract about the budongsan fee, but this tricky old guy told him not to worry about it. we'll talk about it later, he said in korean
my friend insisted to ask but he said latter and he suggest to think about transfering money to the owner
after my friend transfer the money, the old guy said that the budongsan fee is 1.1 million won
WTF
then my friend said that he wanted to cancel, but the budongsan said that he can't because he signed the contract
but not all of budongsan are like this
just be careful. if you think that the budongsan are not opened and tricky, find another budongsan. there are so many choices
